The Advanced Leadership and High Performance Programme is an assisted transformation process in which the client, closely accompanied over one year, develops the leadership and high performance skills that allow him to move from the current state to the desired state.
The implementation of this transformation is based on the gradual adoption of new attitudes and behaviours, leading to the installation of habits and routines of high performance, which will improve performance as a leader.
According to the needs and objectives of the client, the programme can integrate different approaches and methodologies, among them coaching, mentoring, consulting and training. It is therefore, a highly customized programme that has obvious systemic and multidisciplinary
features.
This programme was conceived to maximize and increase the consistency of results. The Advanced Leadership and High Performance Programme is ideal for entrepreneurs, leaders and high potential employees who wish to achieve sustained and lasting transformations.
